About the Classes

You don’t have to be a boxer to join these classes.  Just have the desire to work hard, get in shape and you will have fun while doing it!  Learn the proper boxing stance, punch combinations and defence. Boxing is a quick way to improve your fitness. Each workout begins with high-intensity cardio and then moves to strength training exercises which focus on core stability. Suitable for all levels from absolute beginner to competitive fighters.

Class Schedule:

Adult Morning Classes:

  • Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri @ 10:00AM
  • Saturdays @ 11:00AM
  • Sundays @ 11:00AM


Adult Evening Classes:

  • Mon – Thurs @ 7:00PM & 8:00PM
  • Fridays @ 6:00PM
  • Mon-Thurs @ 6:00PM Open Sparring:     (Must be registered with Boxing Ontario)
Kids Only Classes (under 17):

  • Competitive/Technical Training (14-17 yrs) @ 5:00PM
  • Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:00 – 6:00PM
  • Kids 8-13 3 month sessions
  • Monday & Wednesday @ 5:00- 6:00PM
