Although Stockyards is a class-based gym, we do have a variety of weights and cardio machines for your personal workout which include: Smith machine, incline and decline benches, dumbells, spin bike, tread mill and mats for stretching.

Yoga – This class has ended until further notice
A graduate of the prestigious Sivananda Yoga Institute, Annetta was internationally certified at the exclusive Vedanta academy in North India. Secluded from the outside world, in the tiny yoga-rich town of Vrindavan, she lived in an ashram among monks who rooted her in the pure, classical yoga lifestyles and philosophies. Annetta was later specially invited to a spiritual pilgrimage deep in the Himalayan Mountains where she furthered her studies under the private tutelage of some of the most senior yoga monks in the world. Since graduating, Annetta has worked around the world with elite athletes, heads of industry, fitness celebrities, and even the Canadian & US military. Her teaching style ranges from a traditional calm and meditative practice, to a faster heart-rate-raising practice, always integrating breathing exercises, counter poses, and deep final relaxation to harmonize the body, mind, and soul.
