Complete Beginners

Learn real boxing the right way from your very first session. Your coach will teach the fundamentals and boxing techniques step by step: stance, footwork, movement, punch mechanics, and defence at your pace, with technique corrected in real time. Private lessons build confidence fast; it’s the quickest way to go from never-boxed to comfortable in a group class.

Fitness-Focused Athletes

Want a great workout without the guesswork? Whether you want to lose weight, build endurance and cardio, or add strength and weight training to your routine, sessions are tailored to your fitness goals. Expect jump rope work, footwork, and conditioning that sharpens coordination, balance, and power while engaging your legs, core, back, shoulders, and arms. No two workouts are the same, and they’re genuinely fun.

Amateur & Competitive Fighters

Deep in fight preparation? Competitive athletes work one-on-one to refine technique, build strategy, and sharpen conditioning ahead of the next bout, with a coach who knows the Toronto boxing scene and has worked with clients at every level across Canada. Fighters get a training partner who will push you and challenge you at exactly the right level.

How It Works

Choose a 30-minute or 1-hour session with a nationally certified coach whose expertise covers every level, available 7 days a week. Your first session is an intro session built around your specific goals: what you want out of boxing, where you’re starting from, and how often you can train. Your trainer takes your schedule, experience, and goals into account and builds a program that makes the most of your time.

From there, your coach tailors each session to your goals, technique, and vision, with the kind of one-on-one focus a class or small group can’t match. Train weekly for steady progress, or book sessions alongside group classes and open gym time to sharpen specific skills. We’ve got gloves and equipment covered, and our coaching team loves to teach, so all you bring is the discipline to show up.

Private sessions work for youth athletes too; many families pair them with our youth boxing program.
