Boxing Classes We Offer
Boxing Basics
Boxing Basics is a cardio-focused class that introduces the fundamentals of boxing techniques in a group setting. Open to complete beginners and seasoned members alike, each session covers proper stance, movement, punch mechanics, and defence.
Expect a challenging workout that builds real boxing skills and delivers the kind of conditioning that transforms how you feel, physically and mentally. It’s technical boxing made accessible, structured, welcoming, and genuinely fun.
Open Gym
Open gym gives members full access to train on their own schedule, at their own pace. No instructor, no structure, just you, the equipment, and the work.
Drill technique, run footwork drills, get a full boxing workout in, or focus on conditioning and strength training.
Members have access to heavy bags, speed bags, the weight room, and the boxing ring during open hours. It’s your session, your goals, your grind.
Youth Boxing
Our youth program gives kids and teens a structured, coach-led environment to develop real boxing skills.
Athletes start with stance, footwork, and defence, then progress into conditioning and sparring at their own pace. Coaches provide personalized attention and training plans that grow with each athlete, building fitness, confidence, and discipline along the way.
Boxing gives kids focus, purpose, and a healthy outlet for their energy, and parents consistently tell us how much the program benefits their lives outside the gym, too.
Women's Boxing Classes
Boxing is for everyone! At Stockyards, our women’s boxing classes give female athletes a dedicated space to train hard, build real skills, and grow in confidence.
Classes cover the fundamentals, combined with strength training and cardio conditioning, for a complete workout at every fitness level.
Whether your goal is fitness, stress relief, learning a new skill, or stepping into the ring as a competitor, there’s a place for you here. The energy in these classes is something our members are genuinely proud of.
Private Training
Private training and personal training suit everyone. From beginners seeking personalized guidance to competitive fighters deep in fight preparation.
Choose 30-minute or 1-hour sessions with a nationally certified coach, available 7 days a week. Our coaches have worked with clients at every level across Canada and will tailor each session to your goals, technique, and vision.
Whether you want to sharpen performance ahead of competition or simply learn boxing the right way, one-on-one training accelerates progress like nothing else.
Why Join Stockyards Boxing and Fitness?
A boxing gym is only as good as the people in it. What sets Stockyards apart is the community. Coaches who actually coach, members who show up for each other, and a fun space where hard work and good energy coexist. We’re proud of what we’ve built in West Toronto.
Boxing is a world that rewards showing up. Whether you want to compete, get in the best shape of your life, or just find something that matters to you outside the daily grind, this is the place.
The skills you build here: discipline, confidence, and technical boxing ability, all of which carry over into everything else.
