Julian Loy will work with you to tailor it to your individual goals, injuries, strengths, weaknesses etc. The SHRED program includes: a grocery list, nutrition and fat loss guide, check ins (weight and photo assessment optional), 12 weeks of training and consistent coaching and support.
Join a Boot Camp →Private training is perfect for everyone! Chose between 30 min or 1 hour sessions with one of our nationally certified boxing coaches. These sessions can be booked at your convenience 7 days per week!
